Terms of Service

ClaimCheck is an information service. We match the answers you give us against publicly available records of Australian class actions and related consumer proceedings, and produce an eligibility indication report with links so you can verify each item yourself.

You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for your own personal purposes. The service is designed for Australian residents and Australian proceedings only.

Reports depend entirely on the information you provide. If your answers are incomplete or inaccurate, the report will be too. We do not verify your identity, your account history with any company, or whether you were in fact affected by an incident.

• The free preview is available at no cost.
• The full report is a one-off purchase of A$9.00(inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Once purchased, your report is unlocked immediately and accessible via your report link.

The full report is delivered digitally and immediately. Because of this, we do not offer refunds simply because a report shows no matches or you are ultimately found ineligible by a law firm or court — that outcome is a legitimate result of the service.

We will refund you if the report fails to generate, is unusable, or was charged in error. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Class actions have their own group definitions, registration deadlines, and court processes. Only the law firm running an action, or the court, can determine whether you are a group member and whether you receive any payment. Any dollar figures we show are public estimates or reported settlement totals, not amounts payable to you.

• Do not scrape, resell, or republish our reports or data.
• Do not submit false information or another person's details.
• Do not use the service to solicit claimants or generate leads for commercial legal services.

Reports link to law firm pages, court records, regulator notices, and news reporting. We do not control that content, are not affiliated with those organisations, and are not responsible for what they publish or do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCheck is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a report, including missed registration deadlines, lost claims, or decisions you make about legal proceedings. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the report or refunding the amount you paid for it.

You may optionally sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft to connect ClaimCheck to an authorised AI assistant or other app. Sign-in is not required to buy a report. You are responsible for any app you authorise to access ClaimCheck on your behalf, and you can revoke that access at any time from your sign-in provider.
