Strictly necessary (always on)
- Report and session storage — keeps your questionnaire answers and report link working as you move between pages.
- Consent record — remembers the choice you make here so we don't ask on every visit.
- Payment and security — Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and to complete your payment. Checkout cannot work without them.
Under Australian privacy expectations and the Privacy Act's APP framework, these are used only to deliver the service you asked for, so they stay on.
Optional analytics (off by default)
If you accept analytics, we record aggregate, non-identifying usage — such as which class actions are searched for and where people stop in the questionnaire. We do not use analytics to build a profile of you, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at all.
What we never use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels or data broker sharing.
- No fingerprinting to identify you across devices.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop reports and checkout from working correctly.
